It’s no secret that we try to get away to Ruidoso, New Mexico often, so I wanted to put together a little travel guide for those that may be interested in planning a trip! We aren’t far away and actually have family that has property there, so it’s an easy get away for us and the kiddos!
Ruidoso can often be overlooked since it’s tucked away in the Sierra Blanca mountains, but it’s actually very close to home for us! It’s about an hour plane flight and 3.5 hours in the car, so we try to get away once a month or so to enjoy the mountain air! Since we go fairly often, I wanted to share our favorite places to eat, play and a couple of great places to stay if you’re interested in planning a trip!
WHERE TO EAT
The Village Buttery – you must have their butter pie!
Anaheim Jacks – the fried green chiles and burgers are TO DIE FOR
Khrome Grill (good for kids)

Pillow’s Fun Trackers – Go Karts, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats, Arcade
